Senior Technical PM with Full-Stack Engineering Background

Polar Frequency LLC-FZ, a leading technology company specializing in AI-driven custom software development, is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager (PM) with a strong full-stack engineering background. This onsite role in Nigeria offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative projects leveraging modern technologies such as Python, AWS, Next.js, React, FastAPI, and MongoDB.

As a Senior Technical PM, you will guide cross-functional teams in delivering complex software solutions from conception to deployment. You will bridge technical and business requirements, ensuring project milestones are met while maintaining high standards of code quality and system architecture.

• Lead end-to-end project management for full-stack software development initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Oversee and contribute to technical architecture decisions, with hands-on support in Python, AWS, Next.js, React, FastAPI, and MongoDB.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure project timelines are met.
• Communicate progress, technical challenges, and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor engineering teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Engineering Lead in software development projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, AWS, Next.js, React, FastAPI, and MongoDB.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in an agile environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Nigeria.
• Knowledge of AI-driven systems and custom software development is a strong plus.
