Position Overview

Polar Frequency LLC-FZ, a leading technology company specializing in custom software development and AI solutions, is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in React, Next.js, Python, and proven experience managing project teams. This is a full-time onsite position where you'll contribute to cutting-edge projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and Python.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality code and effective collaboration.
• Coordinate project timelines, delegate tasks, and uphold best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by recommending new technologies, tools, and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, with advanced knowledge of React, Next.js, and Python.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and leading software engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, RESTful APIs, and modern development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
