Senior AI and Prompt Engineer

Polar Frequency LLC-FZ is seeking a talented Senior AI and Prompt Engineer to join our dynamic team onsite in Nigeria. As a leader in custom AI software development, we are passionate about pioneering next-generation technology solutions. In this critical role, you will design, develop, and optimize advanced AI models and prompt engineering workflows to solve real-world business challenges for our global clients.

• Design, build, and refine AI models and prompt engineering frameworks for diverse applications.
• Work with OpenAI, LLama, Anthropic
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions.
• Develop, test, and optimize large language model prompts to maximize output accuracy and relevance.
• Evaluate AI model performance, conduct error analysis, and implement continuous improvements.
• Document methodologies and best practices for prompt engineering and model deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI, NLP, and prompt engineering to guide technology adoption.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI model development, NLP, or prompt engineering.
• Demonstrated experience with large language models and prompt optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Nigeria as part of a collaborative team.
