Polar Frequency LLC-FZ, a leading custom software development company specializing in AI, is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI LLM & Prompt Engineer with robust backend expertise. In this remote, full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) for clients across diverse industries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between AI components and backend systems, driving innovation and delivering scalable, high-quality products.

• Design, develop, and optimize prompts for state-of-the-art LLMs to maximize performance and accuracy.
• Architect, build, and maintain backend systems that interface with AI models and support real-time, scalable applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, frontend engineers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI-powered solutions.
• Implement best practices for prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve the performance of deployed AI models and backend services.
• Document processes, technical decisions, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in prompt engineering and deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT, PaLM, Llama) in production environments.
• Strong backend development skills using languages such as Python, Node.js, or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying containerized applications.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality software remotely.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to evolving project requirements
