Role Overview
We are a fast-growing digital agency looking for a proactive and detail-oriented assistant to manage outbound job applications and client communication on freelance platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to find relevant project listings, submit high-quality proposals, handle initial client responses, and coordinate meetings with the internal team.
- Search for and apply to relevant freelance project listings on a daily basis
- Tailor proposal templates to match specific job requirements
- Communicate with potential clients in a professional, timely manner
- Maintain a response tracker and follow-up schedule
- Schedule meetings and hand over warm leads to the internal team
- Provide regular updates on activity and performance
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Experience with freelance platforms or outbound sales
- Organized, responsive, and good at managing follow-ups
- Familiarity with calendar tools and CRMs (Google Calendar, Notion, etc.)
- Comfortable with async tools (Slack, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Sales or lead generation experience
- Basic understanding of digital services: AI, automation, development, design
- Located in or overlapping with the UAE / MENA / European timezones
