Role Overview


We are a fast-growing digital agency looking for a proactive and detail-oriented assistant to manage outbound job applications and client communication on freelance platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to find relevant project listings, submit high-quality proposals, handle initial client responses, and coordinate meetings with the internal team.

Responsibilities


  • Search for and apply to relevant freelance project listings on a daily basis
  • Tailor proposal templates to match specific job requirements
  • Communicate with potential clients in a professional, timely manner
  • Maintain a response tracker and follow-up schedule
  • Schedule meetings and hand over warm leads to the internal team
  • Provide regular updates on activity and performance
Requirements


  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Experience with freelance platforms or outbound sales
  • Organized, responsive, and good at managing follow-ups
  • Familiarity with calendar tools and CRMs (Google Calendar, Notion, etc.)
  • Comfortable with async tools (Slack, WhatsApp, etc.)
Bonus Points


  • Sales or lead generation experience
  • Basic understanding of digital services: AI, automation, development, design
  • Located in or overlapping with the UAE / MENA / European timezones
