- You will develop and lead a comprehensive growth strategy that scales adoption across healthcare and sectors like fintech, logistics, and e-commerce.
- You will identify new market opportunities and align growth tactics to broader business goals.
- Partnership Development
- You will source, structure, and close enterprise-level B2B partnerships that drive revenue and market presence.
- You will create partnership models that are both scalable and impactful.
- Business Development & Sales Execution
- You will lead the sales process end-to-end from prospecting to pitch to close tailored for large enterprise clients.
- You will leverage your industry expertise and relationship networks to shorten sales cycles and close high-value deals.
- Brand & Market Presence
- You will represent the company at key events and forums, driving visibility and positioning the brand as a market leader.
- You will collaborate with marketing teams to craft sector-specific campaigns that resonate.
- Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- You will work closely with product and operations to ensure partnerships align with product delivery and customer needs.
- You will provide regular growth insights, forecasts, and performance reports to senior leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in startup sales, growth, or partnerships, with a clear track record of scaling revenue and strategic partnerships.
- 3+ years of experience in tech, fintech, or e-commerce.
- A proven ability to close multiple large enterprise B2B dealsâSaaS or platform-based experience is a strong plus.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to win over key decision-makers.
- A startup mindset, self-directed, adaptable, and willing to co-build.
- International exposure is a bonus
