Job Description:

Pharmarun is seeking a proactive and organized Pharmacy Fulfillment Specialist to manage relationships with our partner pharmacies and ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment. This role is essential to maintaining strong pharmacy partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating timely and accurate delivery of healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pharmacy Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partner pharmacies, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Order Fulfillment Oversight: Coordinate with pharmacies to confirm order details, including pricing and availability, and ensure timely fulfillment of all requests.
  • Customer Service for Pharmacies: Respond to pharmacy concerns, resolve order-related issues, and maintain positive communication to support long-term partnerships.
  • Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with pharmacies to monitor stock levels, address stock-outs, and ensure accurate product listings on the Pharmarun platform.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze pharmacy performance metrics, including order turnaround time and fulfillment accuracy, and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
  • Problem Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve fulfillment challenges, escalating issues as necessary to maintain service standards.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with relevant regulations and internal standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in pharmacy operations, supply chain management, or a customer service role in the healthcare sector.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service expertise with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory/order management tools.
  • Attributes:
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for managing pharmacy relationships.
  • Proactive and adaptable in handling operational challenges.
