Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training and Development Analyst (Junior Role) at BFG Global Consulting, LLC., located in Abuja. The Training and Development Analyst will be responsible for supporting our Training and Development Service Units in conducting training programs, developing training materials, analyzing training needs, and designing instructional content to enhance employee development.
