Responsibilities:

• Offer expert advice and insights on maritime operations, compliance, and industry best practices.
• Participate in strategic discussions and planning sessions.
• Support capacity building and mentorship of younger maritime professionals.
• Provide input on process improvements, risk mitigation, and business growth.

Requirements:

• Retired professional from the maritime industry.
• Minimum of 20 years’ experience in relevant maritime fields (e.g., port operations, marine engineering, logistics, HSSE, documentation, etc.).
• Willingness to engage part-time or remotely.
• Strong communication and advisory skills.
