Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the logistics and delivery space.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Design and execute business development strategies that align with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Prepare and present high-quality proposals and pitch materials to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for client needs and drive satisfaction.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in business development or sales, preferably in logistics or a fast-moving industry.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets or business growth KPIs.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Knowledge of the logistics or supply chain space is a strong plus.
