Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the logistics and delivery space.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Design and execute business development strategies that align with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare and present high-quality proposals and pitch materials to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for client needs and drive satisfaction.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in business development or sales, preferably in logistics or a fast-moving industry.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets or business growth KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
  • Knowledge of the logistics or supply chain space is a strong plus.
