Job Title: Video and Graphic Editor

Position Overview

• We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our marketing team.
• This role will focus on creating engaging video content for our social media channels, transforming raw footage into compelling stories that inspire students to pursue international education.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts (15-60 seconds).
• Create longer-form content for YouTube and educational webinars (5-15 minutes).
• Edit promotional videos for educational programs and university partnerships.
• Add graphics, text overlays, captions, and animations to enhance video content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all video content.
• Optimize videos for different social media platform specifications.
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing team on video concepts.
• Maintain organized video libraries and project files.
• Stay updated with current social media trends and video editing techniques.
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Experience with motion graphics software (After Effects preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video requirements.
• Knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and visual effects.
• Ability to work with various video formats and codecs.
• Creative storytelling abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating educational or promotional content.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Understanding of social media analytics and video performance metrics.
• Experience with live streaming and webinar editing.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating social media video editing work.
  
  

Technical Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Professional video editing setup with adequate processing power.
• Access to stock footage and music libraries (we can provide subscriptions).
