The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll lead and grow a team of Account Executives while actively contributing to pipeline generation, deal strategy, and revenue targets. You’ll report to the Head of Revenue and play a key role in building a repeatable, scalable sales engine in a fast-paced startup environment.

The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll lead and grow a team of Account Executives while actively contributing to pipeline generation, deal strategy, and revenue targets. You’ll report to the Head of Revenue and play a key role in building a repeatable, scalable sales engine in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage, coach, and support a team of quota-carrying AEs
- Drive outbound pipeline growth and support full-cycle enterprise sales
- Review calls and deal activity via Gong.io to improve performance and close rates
- Partner with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and GTM strategy
- Monitor and forecast sales performance in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Lead by example—own key enterprise opportunities and assist in closing complex deals
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and developing a top-performing sales team
- 6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of coaching teams to exceed quota in a high-growth environment
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals ($100K+ ARR)
- Strong command of Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong.io, and sales enablement tools
- Familiarity with ad tech, marketing analytics, or enterprise data platforms
- Clear communicator with strong business and technical acumen
- Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours
- Experience at an early-stage startup building out a sales function
- Background selling into marketing, analytics, or data teams
