Qualifications
Education:
This is an in-home and community-based BCBA position. The BCBA will follow best practice standards and ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB while conducting initial and ongoing assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, and while directly supervising registered behavior technicians. The BCBA will collaborate with other professionals and service providers to provide a continuum of care and prioritize caregiver training and participation.

Qualifications
Education:
- Must hold a Master’s Degree or higher
- Active BCBA Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- CPR certification and Handle With Care (HWC) must be completed within 30 days of employment
- At least 1 year of working as a BCBA is preferred
- Availability Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. Some evenings may be required.
