Role Summary:

As a Junior Business Operations Manager, you will support the strategic and operational execution of various initiatives across the group, particularly in international expansion, product development, project coordination, and business process improvement. You’ll work closely with the Head of Business Operations and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of key projects and operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Assist in day-to-day operations including planning, documentation, and reporting.
  • Help track progress against internal goals and KPIs.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and internal documentation (strategy decks, feasibility reports, SOPs).


  • Provide administrative support for cross-functional teams and leadership.


International Product Expansion & Launch Support

  • Assist with coordination of product launch activities in the US, UK, and European markets.


  • Conduct and compile market research, compliance requirements, and fulfillment strategies.


  • Support the setup and configuration of platforms for international launches (e.g., Amazon).


  • Help document regional expansion strategies and feasibility studies.


Strategy & Project Coordination

  • Support the development and review of strategic documents and growth plans.


  • Collaborate with various departments to coordinate timelines and deliverables for new projects.


  • Track execution of business development activities and expansion milestones.


Talent & Team Coordination

  • Coordinate intern onboarding, performance tracking, and exit documentation.


  • Support communication and collaboration across project teams.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years experience in operations, admin, or project support roles.


  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication.


  • Familiarity with business tools (Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, Excel).


  • Ability to conduct and present basic research and strategic documentation.
