Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or company initiatives.
- Manage digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI.
- Craft compelling written content for press releases, blog posts, newsletters, website, and internal memos.
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all communication platforms.
- Coordinate PR activities and media relations.
- Manage crisis communication and ensure accurate information dissemination.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth and effective communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, SEO tools).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Understanding of social media advertising and paid campaigns.
