JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing professional to join our team at Spacefinish. As a Marketing Associate, you will support our marketing efforts and execute marketing initiatives to promote our brand and drive business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

General Responsibilities

● Support the marketing team in developing and implementing innovative Marketing strategies that will help strengthen our brand, communicate business solutions, and drive sales.

● Develop and assist content creation for website copy, press releases, blog posts, social media platforms and video production script writing.

● Assist in activating impactful marketing campaigns from conception through execution and evaluation.

● Support the marketing team to monitor and analyze campaigns performance metrics to measure effectiveness and recommend data-driven recommendations.

● Organize and collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute creative internal communications campaigns.

Content Creation.

● Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.

● Collaborating closely with different teams to conceptualize and develop captivating visual content aligned with our brand identity and messaging.

● Ensure all content is on-brand, error-free, and optimized for search engines and user engagement.

● Managing content production processes, including video shoots, scheduling, and coordination of team members.

● Assisting in the creation of visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other multimedia elements to support various marketing initiatives.

Other Responsibilities

● Collaborate with creative and media teams to produce high-quality and creative assets.

● Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.

QUALIFICATION

Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar marketing role or related field in a B2B company.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

● An understanding of the B2B marketing industry and the relationship of marketing with cross-functional teams.

● Communication. At its core, marketing is about communicating to an audience, so communication is a top skill to have for this role.

● Passion for creativity and storytelling, with a keen eye for detail to create engaging written and video content for different platforms (social media, website, presentations).

● Has experience with creating presentation decks with PPT and Canva.

● Basic understanding of any of the following marketing tools: Google Analytics, Wix, Typeform, Zoho CRM.
