Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Translate strategic goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to validate opportunities and inform prioritization.
- Champion the product vision across teams and ensure consistent delivery of value throughout the lifecycle.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and drive ongoing improvement based on usage data, feedback, and business outcomes.
- Lead the planning and execution of product development projects using agile methodologies.
- Build and maintain delivery timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure consistent communication across stakeholders through clear reporting, documentation, and progress updates.
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and maintain accountability on deliverables.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve blockers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Serve as the central point of contact between product, engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders.
- Align teams on goals, priorities, and timelines, and foster a culture of transparency and ownership.
- Support go-to-market efforts by collaborating with sales, marketing, and support teams pre- and post-launch.
- Drive continuous improvement of both product development and delivery processes.
- 4-8 years of experience in a Product Manager or hybrid Product/Project role, preferably in tech or software development.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful digital products.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management best practices.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with high levels of accountability.
- Professional certification in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management (e.g., CSM, PMP).
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project Figma, Notion, or analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude).
- Background in a technical, UX, or business role is a strong plus.
- Experience in startup or scale-up environments.
- Strategic ownership of products that directly impact business success.
