Job Overview
The Pharmacy Aggregator Associate will be responsible for expanding and strengthening Pharmarun’s network of partner pharmacies. Leveraging their expertise in the pharmacy or pharmaceutical sales space, the associate will identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with pharmacy partners to support the company’s mission of improving healthcare access. This role requires a self-starter with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and strong relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities1. Pharmacy Network Expansion- Identify and onboard pharmacies to join Pharmarun’s aggregation platform.
- Conduct outreach to independent pharmacies, chains, and healthcare providers to establish partnerships.
- Present the value proposition of Pharmarun’s platform, including its logistics, technology, and market advantages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner pharmacies to ensure their satisfaction and engagement with the platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact for pharmacies, addressing concerns and providing solutions to enhance collaboration.
- Conduct market research to identify key pharmacy prospects and understand regional dynamics in the pharmaceutical supply chain.
- Analyze pharmacy performance metrics and provide insights to improve their participation and engagement on the platform.
- Collaborate with the growth and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new pharmacy partners.
- Work closely with logistics and customer success teams to optimize service delivery and resolve issues affecting partner pharmacies.
- Track and report progress on pharmacy acquisition and retention targets.
- Gather feedback from partner pharmacies and provide actionable insights to improve Pharmarun’s services and offerings.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in the pharmacy or pharmaceutical sales space (e.g., as a pharmaceutical representative, pharmacy sales associate, or in a similar role).
- Strong understanding of the pharmacy landscape, including independent pharmacies, chains, and distribution networks.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A background in healthcare, pharmaceutical sales, or related fields.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis platforms.
- Existing relationships within the pharmacy sector.
- Sales Acumen: Strong ability to identify opportunities and close partnerships.
