Job Overview:

Our client, a reputable organization located in Ikoyi, Lagos, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting overall office efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to management and staff
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other business events
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure that records are accurate and up to date
  • Handle incoming mail and other material; distribute as necessary
  • Respond to inquiries and provide general information to clients and visitors
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and reordering when necessary
  • Ensure the office environment is neat, professional, and well-organized


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • A proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented individual
