Our client, a real estate company, is hiring an experienced Operations Officer. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Set and manage employer’s expectations, both internally and externally
  • Prepare income and expenses daily, monthly and annual spreadsheet.
  • Manage payments for suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely deliveries
  • Maintain proper filing of ALL documentation, INCLUDING invoices, receipts, letters etc
  • Provide daily reports on expenses.
  • Submit end of day reports to the CEO

Besides domain and technical expertise, soft skills play a crucial role in the success of an Operations Officer.

  • Capable of managing crises as and when they arise
  • Highly organized


Experience/Education

  • Bachelor’s degree, OND or HND in any relevant field.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Must be proficient with Excel and PowerPoint,
  • References are essential.


Salary: N1.2 million pa gross
