Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a deep sense of discretion and professionalism. This role involves managing administrative tasks, project execution, communication, and calendar coordination to support executive effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Manage executive calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel
  • Draft, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Organize and maintain accurate records and confidential documents
  • Handle emails and phone communications on behalf of the executive


Meeting Coordination:

  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and take detailed minutes
  • Coordinate internal and external meeting logistics (venue, catering, tech)
  • Follow up on action points and ensure timely execution


Project Management:

  • Support planning and delivery of special projects and corporate events
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with teams and external partners to ensure alignment


Communication and Liaison:

  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Represent the executive professionally in all communications
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and teams


Confidentiality and Discretion:

  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
  • Protect personal and professional information of the executive


Requirements
  • HND / BSc in a relevant field
  • 2 – 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role


Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
  • Graphic design skills (an added advantage)
