We're looking for a Business Development Manager to fuel growth for a dynamic, fast-casual restaurant brand. You'll be responsible for unlocking new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving customer engagement through marketing and community initiatives.

Your Responsibilities...

Business Growth and Strategy

  • You will identify and execute new opportunities to drive foot traffic, increase revenue, and grow brand presence.
  • You will develop and implement marketing campaigns and growth plans for dine-in, delivery, events, and experiences.
  • You will conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer demands.

Sales and Revenue Growth

  • You will design promotional campaigns to drive online and offline sales
  • You will collaborate with operations and digital platforms to ensure campaigns are timely, effective, and visible.
  • You will work with delivery partners to optimise offerings and reach.

Partnerships and Community Engagement

  • You will identify and pitch collaborations with schools, offices, gyms, local businesses, and neighbourhood communities.
  • You will lead influencer and content creator partnerships to boost awareness and credibility.
  • You will represent the brand at community events and networking opportunities.

Marketing and Branding

  • You will oversee the restaurant's digital presence, including campaigns, email marketing, and web content.
  • You will ensure brand messaging is consistent across channels and resonates with the target audience.
  • You will monitor and respond to customer reviews, ensuring brand reputation is protected and enhanced.

Customer Retention And Experience

  • You will work with customer service and operations to turn first-time diners into loyal fans.
  • You will analyse customer data to build segmented communications and targeted offers.
  • You will propose enhancements to the customer journey based on insights from feedback and market trends.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • You will analyse competitors' strategies and pricing to help refine menus, promos, and positioning.
  • You will provide regular reporting on KPIs including revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • You will track marketing ROI and continuously iterate on campaign strategies.

To be considered, you should have...

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in business development or marketing within the F&B, hospitality, or fast-casual industry
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, sales strategy, and promotional campaign development
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Creativity in marketing combined with commercial thinking and execution
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when needed
