Your Responsibilities...

Lead Generation & Funnel Execution

  • You will develop and run digital lead generation funnels across platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
  • You will craft landing pages, lead magnets, and call-to-actions that convert

Content Marketing & Campaigns

  • You will create high-performing content campaigns using carousels, short-form videos, reels, graphics, and blogs
  • You will support product and campaign launches with engaging, conversion-focused content

SEO, Paid Media & Web Optimization

  • You will manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other ad platforms to drive traffic and leads
  • You will optimize web content and campaigns for both SEO and user experience

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • You will monitor campaign performance daily using metrics like CPL, CPA, engagement, and conversion
  • You will test, tweak, and refine campaigns based on real-time data insights

Email Marketing

  • You will create and grow automated email flows (welcome series, campaigns, newsletters) to nurture leads and retain interest

Collaboration & Alignment

  • You will work closely with design, sales, and strategy teams to ensure every message hits the right note with the right audience
  • You will translate buyer psychology into messages that drive action

To be considered, you should have

  • 2â3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
  • Experience building and executing lead generation funnels
  • Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and paid ads
  • Content creation skills, both strategy and execution
  • A data-informed mindset with familiarity using analytics tools
