Your Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Pipeline Management

  • You will generate, qualify, and follow up on leads from internal and external sources
  • You will manage a structured pipeline in CRM, updating prospect stages and actions taken
  • You will meet and exceed your monthly and quarterly conversion targets

Client Engagement

  • You will conduct physical and virtual property tours tailored to client needs
  • You will prepare and present compelling pitch decks and proposals
  • You will maintain strong post-sale support, handover, documentation, and check-ins

Collaboration & Feedback

  • You will work with the marketing team to refine messaging based on objections and patterns from real conversations
  • You will share insights on buyer concerns, emotional triggers, and decision timelines to improve targeting

Referrals & Network Growth

  • You will nurture personal and professional networks for referrals and new sales channels
  • You will represent the brand with confidence and integrity in every interaction

To be considered, you should have

  • 1â2 years of experience in sales, client relations, or real estate
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline tracking
  • Confidence in delivering pitches and conducting tours
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
