Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
- You will generate, qualify, and follow up on leads from internal and external sources
- You will manage a structured pipeline in CRM, updating prospect stages and actions taken
- You will meet and exceed your monthly and quarterly conversion targets
- You will conduct physical and virtual property tours tailored to client needs
- You will prepare and present compelling pitch decks and proposals
- You will maintain strong post-sale support, handover, documentation, and check-ins
- You will work with the marketing team to refine messaging based on objections and patterns from real conversations
- You will share insights on buyer concerns, emotional triggers, and decision timelines to improve targeting
- You will nurture personal and professional networks for referrals and new sales channels
- You will represent the brand with confidence and integrity in every interaction
- 1â2 years of experience in sales, client relations, or real estate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline tracking
- Confidence in delivering pitches and conducting tours
- A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Managing emotional and financial objections from hesitant buyers
- Keeping your pipeline warm while actively closing hot leads
- Balancing virtual follow-ups with physical site visits
- Maintaining energy and consistency even in slower seasons
- 10% commission on each closed sale
