Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Ibadan, Nigeria, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, presenting products to potential clients, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, following up on prospective leads, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.


Qualifications

  • Sales and customer service skills: Proficiency in sales techniques, client relationship management, and providing exceptional service
  • Communication and presentation skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, and the capability to present products effectively to clients
  • Networking and relationship-building skills: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships, and expand the customer base
  • Product knowledge: Understanding of healthcare products, TCM, and food supplements, along with the ability to effectively convey this knowledge to clients

Self-motivation and goal orientation: A driven personality with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
