Full Stack Engineer

RocketDevs is looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our fully remote team. You’ll help us build performant, scalable web applications using Next.js, React, Node.js, and GraphQL, with Hasura as the core of our data layer. We value clarity, execution, and async collaboration, and we use Lark to manage projects and team communication.

We are building innovative tools, including AI-powered recruiting software that streamlines hiring by matching candidates with the right job opportunities faster and more efficiently. Our platforms enable global talent discovery and seamless collaboration for distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features using React, Next.js, Node.js, and GraphQL
• Work closely with Hasura to manage and query data using GraphQL
• Collaborate with the team via Lark for both project tracking and communication
• Translate UI/UX designs from Figma into functional, accessible components
• Participate in code reviews, task estimation, and technical planning
• Write clean, reusable code and maintain clear documentation
• Ensure responsiveness, performance, and usability across browsers and devices

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in full-stack web development
• Proficiency in React and Next.js, including server-side rendering and API routes
• Solid understanding of GraphQL, including queries, mutations, and schema design
• Experience working with Hasura or similar backend-as-a-service platforms
• Comfortable collaborating in async environments and tracking work in Lark
• Strong Git skills and experience with modern development workflows
• A good eye for detail and commitment to writing maintainable code

Bonus Points

• Experience with Hasura’s advanced features (event triggers, actions, permissions)
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques in React apps
• Comfortable writing or reviewing documentation and specs in async teams
