Growth Marketing Specialist

The Role

  • We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist who shares our commitment to measurable results and strategic thinking. This individual will work directly with our clients to develop and execute data-driven growth strategies that deliver transparent, trackable value aligned with their business objectives.
  • You’ll be the systematic problem-solver who brings clarity to complex growth challenges, working at the intersection of strategic thinking and creative execution to expand market reach for our clients across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Planning

  • Conduct a comprehensive market analysis to identify growth opportunities for client businesses.
  • Develop measurement-driven growth strategies aligned with specific business goals.
  • Create systematic frameworks for testing and scaling growth initiatives
  • Present strategic recommendations with clear metrics and expected outcomes

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Design and implement multi-channel growth campaigns across digital platforms
  • Establish baseline measurements and KPIs for all growth initiatives
  • Execute A/B testing programs to optimise conversion rates and user acquisition
  • Coordinate with creative and technical teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery

Performance Measurement & Optimisation

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using advanced analytics tools
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting with actionable insights
  • Identify trends and optimisation opportunities based on data analysis
  • Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and client feedback

Client Partnership & Communication

  • Serve as the primary growth strategy contact for assigned client accounts
  • Communicate complex growth concepts in clear, accessible language
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and constraints
  • Provide strategic counsel on long-term growth planning and market expansion

Market Research & Innovation

  • Stay current with growth marketing trends and emerging technologies
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and platforms for client growth strategies
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities
  • Contribute to Pandora’s thought leadership through data-backed insights

Required Qualifications For This Position

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field
  • Additional certifications in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.)

Professional Experience

  • 3-10 years of proven experience in growth marketing or performance marketing
  • Demonstrated success in scaling businesses through data-driven strategies
  • Experience working with B2B and B2C clients across different industries
  • Track record of managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Familiarity with conversion optimisation and user experience principles
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
