The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily cleaning operations, ensures the upkeep o

f rooms and public areas, and manages a team of housekeeping staff

. Duties and Responsibilities

: ● Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily dutie

s ● Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standard

s ● Monitor staff performance and provide training and feedbac

k ● Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request reorders when neede

d ● Create staff schedules and manage shift

s ● Address guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manne

r ● Coordinate room status with the front desk and maintenance department

s ● Ensure all cleaning activities meet health and safety regulation

s ● Prepare reports on housekeeping performance and room occupancy fo

r managemen

t ● Conduct routine deep cleaning and sanitation program

s ● Support onboarding of new housekeeping employee

s Qualifications & Requirements

: ● At least 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeepin

g ● Excellent leadership and organizational skill

s ● Strong attention to detai

l ● Ability to work flexible shifts and weekend
