Our Client is seeking a vibrant, organized, and customer-focused individual to join the team as a Client Experience / Sales Representative at our fabric outlet in Abuja. Job Description: As our Client Experience / Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for walk-in and online customers. You will assist clients find what they need, provide product recommendations, and ensure every customer leaves with a memorable shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and engage customers with a warm, professional attitude. • Provide tailored fabric recommendations based on customer needs and trends. • Ensure proper display, labeling, and presentation of fabrics in-store. • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. • Build strong relationships with repeat clients and fashion designers. • Keep records of customer orders, feedback, and inventory. • Handle online inquiries and process social media/WhatsApp orders. Requirements: • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field. • 0–2 years of relevant work experience (retail or customer service experience is an added advantage). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Passionate about fashion, fabrics, and customer satisfaction. • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Operating systems and online selling platforms.
