Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Growth and Partnerships Lead to identify, build, and manage high-value partnerships that will accelerate our growth in the payments and utility service sectors. This role is focused on scaling product adoption through strategic alliances, channel partners, and ecosystem collaborations. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying growth levers, executing co-marketing initiatives, and negotiating impactful partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across fintech, banks, aggregators, telcos, utilities, and government agencies.
  • Develop a pipeline of partnership opportunities and maintain a structured engagement strategy for outreach, pitching, and closing.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, SLAs, and revenue share models that align with company goals.

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Define and lead the company’s growth strategy by identifying user acquisition and retention levers through partner networks.
  • Design go-to-market strategies for new products and market verticals in collaboration with BD and product teams.
  • Work with marketing to implement co-branded campaigns, joint product launches, or bundled offerings with partners.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Onboard and manage ongoing relationships with partners to ensure delivery of value, compliance, and mutual performance.
  • Build account management structures to measure partner performance, resolve issues, and maintain long-term engagement.
  • Coordinate regular business reviews with strategic partners to track KPIs and explore expansion opportunities.

Product & Market Feedback

  • Serve as a voice of the market to inform product enhancements and strategic planning based on partner and end-user feedback.
  • Conduct competitive landscape assessments to identify differentiation opportunities.

Internal Alignment & Reporting

  • Liaise with finance, legal, and compliance teams for smooth execution of partnership agreements.
  • Report on the progress and performance of key partnership initiatives to senior leadership with clear metrics and ROI analysis.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Strategic Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, corporate development, or growth strategy within fintech, payments, or related sectors.
  • Strong network across the fintech ecosystem, banks, utilities, and tech platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and external partner ecosystems.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills for partnership evaluation.
