Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Growth and Acquisition Manager with 2-3 years of proven experience to drive user acquisition and engagement for our FinTech products.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers, optimize conversion funnels, and foster sustainable growth.
- This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and a strong understanding of digital marketing channels within the FinTech landscape.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive growth and acquisition strategies to attract and convert new users across various digital channels (e.g., paid social, search, content marketing, SEO, partnerships, email marketing, affiliate marketing).
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and budget constraints.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on key acquisition metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.) using data analytics tools. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization to maximize ROI.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, user flows, and other acquisition touchpoints.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in the FinTech space to identify new growth opportunities.
- Partnership Development: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and affiliates to expand reach and drive user acquisition.
- Content & SEO: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging content that attracts and converts target users, and optimize website content for search engines.
- User Journey Optimization: Work closely with product and engineering teams to identify and implement improvements to the user onboarding experience and conversion funnels.
- Budget Management: Manage acquisition budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels to achieve growth targets.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on acquisition performance, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years of demonstrable experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or digital marketing, preferably within the FinTech or a fast-paced technology company.
- Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing digital acquisition campaigns.
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels including SEM, SEO, ASO, social media advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the Nigerian FinTech ecosystem and consumer behavior is a strong advantage.
