PharmaRun connects customers to pharmacies, making access to healthcare products and services convenient and efficient. Through our mobile app, we simplify the process of getting medications and other health essentials, bridging the gap between patients and providers with speed and reliability.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Product Marketing Manager with expertise in digital marketing and a focus on the pharmarun app experience.
This associate-level role will be pivotal in executing and optimizing both paid and organic campaigns, working closely with the content and design teams to ensure campaigns align with the overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in running performance-driven campaigns and analyzing results to inform strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Implementation
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Develop and manage organic marketing initiatives, including SEO strategies, social media engagement, and in-app promotions.
- Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Oversight
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure marketing materials align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Oversee the creation of ad creatives, social posts, and other assets to maintain consistency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on best practices for content marketing as it relates to campaign goals.
Mobile App Marketing
- Implement strategies for App Store Optimization (ASO) to enhance visibility and downloads of the PharmaRun app.
- Develop in-app marketing strategies, including push notifications, user onboarding flows, and loyalty programs.
- Monitor key app metrics (e.g., downloads, retention rates, and user engagement) and adjust marketing efforts to optimize results.
Strategic Planning & Insights
- Work with the product team to align marketing efforts with app updates, feature launches, and overall product goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital healthcare space.
- Present campaign results and insights to stakeholders, recommending improvements for future initiatives.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns, especially for mobile apps.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven expertise in managing paid campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok).
- Strong understanding of organic growth strategies, including SEO and social media optimization.
- Data-driven with proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with creative teams.
- Familiarity with app-specific marketing strategies and metrics (e.g., ASO, app engagement tools).
Preferred
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g. Zoho).
- Basic understanding of design and content creation tools to effectively collaborate with creative teams.
