About The Job
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Site Acquisition / Swap Agent to support the expansion and day-to-day operations of our battery swap stations. This hybrid role combines the strategic task of identifying and securing ideal locations for battery swap stations with the hands-on responsibilities of managing their operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, operational acumen, and a customer-first mindset.
- Scout and assess new battery swap locations
- Negotiate leases & ensure regulatory compliance
- Oversee daily swap station operations & customer service
- Maintain safety standards & resolve on-site issues
- Location: Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Kwara, Delta, Kano, Cross River, Ogun
- Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years in site acquisition, field ops, or customer support
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
- Able to manage multiple projects independently
- Tech-savvy with MS Office & basic reporting tools
- Knowledge of safety & regulatory requirements
