Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure CI/CD pipelines across multiple projects.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Set up robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high system reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues efficiently.
- Implement automation solutions to improve engineering productivity and reduce manual intervention.
- Enforce best practices around DevSecOps, version control, branching, and environment management.
- Collaborate with software engineers and project managers to align DevOps workflows with development goals.
- Provide documentation and ensure smooth knowledge transfer for internal teams.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Proficient in cloud services (preferably AWS; Azure or GCP is a plus).
- Deep understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Experienced with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
- Strong scripting ability (Bash, Python, etc.) for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with system and application monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
- A proactive communicator who is self-motivated and can work autonomously.
- Knowledge of serverless frameworks (AWS Lambda).
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Previous experience supporting fast-paced product teams remotely.
