This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Architect and implement sophisticated AI automations that transform business processes, delivering scalable solutions with measurable productivity impacts
- Conduct advanced experimentation with cutting-edge AI technologies including GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer to push the boundaries of what's possible
- Optimize AI solution deployment across AWS infrastructure, ensuring enterprise-grade performance, security, and seamless integration
- Writing conventional code—our approach leverages AI to handle programming fundamentals, freeing you to focus on higher-level architecture and innovation
- Executing repetitive development cycles—each challenge presents unique complexities demanding creative problem-solving and strategic thinking

Basic Requirements
- Demonstrated AI-First approach to problem-solving (candidates who prioritize traditional coding over AI-driven solutions need not apply)
- Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Advanced proficiency in Python development and AWS infrastructure
- Proven expertise with GenAI code assistants including Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, and v0.dev
- Verifiable track record implementing Generative AI solutions with quantifiable business impact
- Extensive experience integrating various LLM APIs (GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address complex business challenges
