As Sales and Marketing Manager, you'll lead the charge in driving revenue, market share, and brand dominance in Nigeria's growing luxury hospitality landscape. From high-net-worth clientele to high-impact corporate partnerships, your work will directly shape how the brand grows, scales, and is remembered.

Your Responsibilities...

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • You will design and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy, drive bookings, and grow overall revenue
  • You will secure and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, event planners, travel agencies, and high-net-worth clients
  • You will set and track performance targets across sales channels, with an emphasis on long-term, high-value deal

Marketing & Brand Positioning

  • You will develop and oversee the execution of brand-aligned marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional
  • You will leverage SEO, paid ads, social media, and influencer partnerships to grow visibility and drive traffic
  • You will maintain consistency and strength in brand messaging, ensuring every touchpoint reflects luxury and trust

Business Expansion & Market Growth

  • You will identify new market opportunities and lead feasibility assessments for entering new cities or launching new properties
  • You will build expansion strategies backed by market research, customer behavior insights, and industry trends
  • You will collaborate with leadership and operations to evaluate property acquisition and partnership deals

Strategic Partnerships & Relationship Management

  • You will build strong networks with real estate developers, corporate leaders, and hospitality industry players
  • You will lead B2B engagement efforts to drive corporate stays, long-term bookings, and event-based collaborations
  • You will represent the company at luxury expos, business conferences, and partnership forums

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • You will lead the Sales and Marketing team with clear direction, motivation, and accountability
  • You will analyze KPIs, track marketing ROI, and adjust strategies based on performance and market shifts
  • You will work closely with Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to align on business goals

To be considered, you should have...

  • 7â10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within luxury hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle brands
  • A strong track record of driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and closing high-value deals
  • Experience managing digital marketing, brand campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies
  • A leadership style that builds, motivates, and aligns high-performing teams
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and executive presence
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Analytical capabilities with proficiency in market intelligence tools and CRM platforms
