Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage online campaigns to increase brand visibility and client leads.
• Generate business leads.
• Convert generated leads into long-term clients
• Plan and schedule content, monitor performance, and engage with followers.
• Repurpose interior decorating insights into bite-sized, platform-optimized content.
• Collaborate with designers and photographers to produce compelling visual and written content (project showcases, before & afters, client testimonials).
• Optimize website content for search engines.
• Run and optimize Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other campaigns.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns and automated workflows
• Track ROI and report on performance metrics.
• Manage lead nurturing workflows through CRM tools.
• Monitor digital performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social insights.
•  Prepare monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on trends in digital marketing and the interior decoration space.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing (preferably in interior design, real estate, or lifestyle).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, and WordPress.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and keen eye for aesthetics.
• Video editing and Reels creation experience is a bonus.

Salary: 500,000

Candidates should be staying in or around the island.
