Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate service requests, track progress, and ensure delivery timelines are met in line with SLAs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for client complaints, service queries, and technical support issues.
- Assist field engineers by managing schedules, preparing documentation, and facilitating seamless communication.
- Maintain and update service logs, reports, and client feedback databases.
- Ensure all customer orders and service entries are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical, and operations) to resolve client issues.
- Proactively communicate any delays or service challenges and provide timely resolutions.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery.
- B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or any relevant field.
- 2 to 4 years of work experience in a service delivery, customer support, or telecom operations role.
- Solid understanding of telecommunications service delivery workflows is an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM/helpdesk systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage pressure, and work collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
