Job Summary

We are looking to hire a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Support Officer to join our fast-paced telecommunications operations team in Lekki. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting field engineers, resolving customer issues, coordinating internal processes, and maintaining high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.

This position is ideal for someone with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in service delivery, client support, or technical coordination, preferably within the ICT or telecom sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate service requests, track progress, and ensure delivery timelines are met in line with SLAs.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client complaints, service queries, and technical support issues.
  • Assist field engineers by managing schedules, preparing documentation, and facilitating seamless communication.
  • Maintain and update service logs, reports, and client feedback databases.
  • Ensure all customer orders and service entries are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical, and operations) to resolve client issues.
  • Proactively communicate any delays or service challenges and provide timely resolutions.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or any relevant field.
  • 2 to 4 years of work experience in a service delivery, customer support, or telecom operations role.
  • Solid understanding of telecommunications service delivery workflows is an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM/helpdesk systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage pressure, and work collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
