Recruiter

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Salary: 140,000 Monthly

Work Mode: Full-time

Experience Required: 1 3 years (preferably in a consulting firm)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Recruiter to join our growing team in Ikeja. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment within a consulting environment, with a track record of sourcing and placing top talent across diverse roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Develop job descriptions and job ads that attract top talent.
• Use innovative sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Assist with other HR support functions as required.
  
  
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• B.Sc. or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or any relevant field.
• 13 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consulting or HR outsourcing firm.
• Solid understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
