Your Responsibilities...

Lead Generation & Pipeline Development

  • You will identify and reach out to potential corporate clients, initiating meaningful conversations that convert.
  • You will generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and inbound requests.
  • You will maintain a dynamic pipeline of prospects across industries and business sizes.

Sales Execution & Revenue Growth

  • You will pitch tailored offerings to corporate decision-makers, creating compelling proposals that align with business needs.
  • You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation to closing.
  • You will consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • You will act as the primary point of contact for all corporate clients, providing exceptional service post-sale.
  • You will nurture client accounts to drive retention, upsells, and long-term loyalty.
  • You will maintain detailed records and communications using CRM tools.

Reporting & Strategy

  • You will track key sales metrics, conversion rates, and client feedback to inform future sales strategies.
  • You will collaborate with marketing and operations to refine messaging and improve the buyer journey.
  • You will stay on top of competitor activity, market trends, and pricing benchmarks.

To be considered, you should have...

  • 3â5 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, or business travel.
  • A strong track record of closing corporate deals and consistently hitting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with corporate procurement processes and key decision-makers across industries.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and performance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
