Your Responsibilities...

Executive Partnership & Strategy

  • You will work directly with the CEO and Executive Team to articulate and drive strategic goals across all operational functions.
  • You will serve as a key advisor to the leadership team on governance, performance, and organisational alignment.
  • You will design and implement performance scorecards, tracking systems, and cross-functional dashboards to keep the business accountable.
  • You will support strategic planning, budgeting, and business model innovation.

Operations & Systems Oversight

  • You will lead the day-to-day operations across all company units, from field teams to internal functions ensuring seamless execution.
  • You will build and enforce SOPs, internal controls, and compliance standards that support scale and operational excellence.
  • You will implement systems and workflows that eliminate inefficiencies and improve speed, accuracy, and service quality.
  • You will lead risk management efforts and ensure proper mitigation strategies are in place company-wide.

Growth & Revenue Enablement

  • You will develop and operationalize strategies that align with the company's growth goals across customer acquisition, retention, and product expansion.
  • You will manage the entire revenue pipeline â overseeing forecasting, pricing, and margin performance across key channels.
  • You will partner with Growth, Product, and Finance teams to develop GTM playbooks, new business models, and channel partnerships
  • You will continuously refine the organisation's ability to scale across new geographies and verticals.

People & Culture

  • You will shape and nurture an execution-focused, values-driven culture across all operational teams.
  • You will lead department heads, ensuring clear accountability, performance alignment, and leadership development.
  • You will identify talent gaps and design org structures that support growth.
  • You will be the culture champion, reinforcing shared values and fostering high performance across all levels.

Financial & Risk Management

  • You will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and audit processes, ensuring fiscal discipline and sustainable growth.
  • You will collaborate with Finance to maintain compliance with financial regulations, manage vendor relationships, and reduce cost leakages.
  • You will monitor operational risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies, ensuring business continuity.

To be considered, you should have...

  • At least 10 years of proven experience in senior operational or strategy leadership roles.
  • A strong background in business strategy, operations management, and cross-functional team leadership.
  • A track record of scaling organisations ideally in tech, logistics, or high-growth sectors.
  • Expertise in process design, data-driven performance management, and organisational alignment.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
