- You're a strategic ESG thinker with hands-on execution experience.
- You're a collaborator who knows how to get multiple departments aligned toward a single vision.
- You're as comfortable talking to regulators and investors as you are coaching internal teams.
- You're data-driven, compliance-savvy, and globally informed on ESG standards.
- You're proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of making a big-picture vision operational.
Strategy & Alignment
- You will define, develop, and implement a company-wide ESG strategy aligned with our client's mission, values, and global best practices.
- You will set clear goals, measurable KPIs, and long-term ESG priorities across environmental, social, and governance dimensions.
- You will embed ESG considerations into our business models, product strategies, and culture.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for ESG-related discussions with investors, regulators, and partners.
- You will provide regular updates, reports, and impact insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- You will lead the preparation of ESG disclosures, investor decks, and submissions to regulatory authorities or global frameworks.
- You will work closely with departments including Legal, HR, HSE, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align ESG policies across all company functions.
- You will identify gaps and opportunities to strengthen ESG integration at every level of the organisation.
- You will lead internal ESG workshops, reviews, and training to build knowledge and accountability.
- You will collect, analyse, and report ESG data with accuracy and transparency.
- You will monitor relevant frameworks, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance and thought leadership.
- You will stay ahead of evolving ESG regulations and trends in all markets where our client operates.
- You will champion a feedback culture by implementing systems for regular 1:1 performance conversations.
- You will coach team members on ESG best practices and the âwhyâ behind impact goals.
- You will support talent acquisition efforts to ensure diversity and values alignment.
- At least 5 years of experience in ESG strategy, sustainability, impact consulting, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success leading and executing ESG strategies at scale.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using ESG data frameworks and reporting tools.
- Experience engaging with investor communities and regulatory bodies on ESG disclosures.
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Environmental Studies, Business, Development Studies, Law). ESG certifications or a Master's degree is a strong advantage.
- Driving alignment across fast-moving teams with competing priorities.
- Navigating evolving ESG regulations across multiple countries.
- Translating global ESG frameworks into practical, locally relevant strategies.
