First Electric is a renewable energy solutions company providing decentralised Solar Energy as a Service (EaaS) that displaces fossil fuel generators and allows for mass adoption of solar power using prepaid smart meters and token vending platform. We design, install, and maintain a decentralised solar energy infrastructure, tailored to meet customers’ needs and allow customers pay per kWh for electricity consumed. Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team and support the growth of our solar energy company. If you're skilled in lead generation, digital campaigns, and customer engagement, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive growth in solar energy solutions.
• Assist in planning and running marketing campaigns across digital platforms, events, and other channels.
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and support the sales team in closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent service before and after sales.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solar solutions to clients.
• Meet sales and marketing targets and provide regular reports and insights.
• Stay updated on solar products and industry developments to better engage customers.
• Contribute to a positive, results-driven team culture.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

• HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Associate in the Renewable Energy industry or any other industry.
