Key Responsibilities

Promote agency services (tickets, visas, tours, study abroad) to potential clients through direct marketing
Identify and build relationships with schools, colleges, businesses, religious centers, and community groups
Represent the agency at local events, expos, fairs, and info sessions
Organize and support promotional campaigns, activations, and roadshows
Collect customer inquiries, generate leads, and report to the sales or counseling team
Track outreach performance and suggest improvements to marketing strategy
Support referral and agent network development where applicable
