Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager/Community Manager will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives. This role requires a creative, strategic thinker who is passionate about social media, content creation, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a social media strategy that increases brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
2. Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
3. Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience.
4. Develop and curate content calendars to ensure consistent posting and minimize downtime.
5. Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing insights to inform future content and engagement strategies.
6. Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand reputation.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, product) to align social media initiatives with business objectives.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
9.  Assist in getting clients for the company from various social media platforms.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, community management, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and their audiences.
3. Excellent content creation, writing, and editing skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
2. Knowledge of graphic design, video production, or content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).
3. Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
