Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative (Education Product & Services) located in Lagos, Abuja or Port Harcourt with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging with new educational institutions, conducting outreach to potential clients, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role involves presenting Flylane's educational products and services, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and providing ongoing support to partners. Additionally, the representative will be expected to stay informed on industry trends and competitors to ensure that Flylane remains a leader in global education access.
- Generate and convert high-quality leads from schools, students, and parents.
- Present Flylane’s value proposition in consultations, school visits, webinars, and education fairs.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with schools and education organizations.
- Follow up on leads from campaigns, referrals, and form submissions to drive enrolments.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly student enrolment targets.
- Accurately update CRM systems with sales activities and lead progress.
- Collaborate closely with Education Counsellors and the Expansion Team.
- Represent Flylane with integrity and professionalism at all touchpoints.
- Open to occasional inter-state or regional travel.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, client engagement, and relationship management
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Understanding of the education industry and market trends
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong ability to connect with both school administrators and parents.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools or sales tracking platforms.
- Bonus: Prior experience in the education sector or working with schools.
