About The Opportunity

Our client is a dynamic and growing business in the construction materials and chemicals industry with a strong footprint in West Africa. As part of their continued investment in operational excellence, they seek a proactive and well-organised Customer Sales Support professional to join their Sales and Marketing team in Lagos, Nigeria.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, sales support, or administrative coordination, particularly within retail or manufacturing environments. The role is open to locally based candidates only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the retail sales team in daily operational tasks such as sampling, order preparation, and liaising with walk-in customers.
  • Post orders based on direction from the Sales Team or Retail Sales Manager.
  • Assist in drafting and revising company forms, sales documents, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing activities such as exhibitions and seminars.
  • Maintain and update the monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO documentation standards, and internal procedures.
  • Carry out any additional tasks or related assignments as management requests.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A university degree with a solid academic background is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to multitask across teams and functions.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced business environment.
