- Support in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
- Follow up on client feedback, orders, and collections.
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service) to support sales activities.
- Participate in training and product knowledge sessions.
- Begin taking ownership of sales targets as capabilities grow.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (For F&B-focused roles, chemistry, food tech, or chemical engineering is required.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Willingness to travel.
