We are seeking an organized and efficient Store and Inventory Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inventory processes, ensuring accurate stock levels, and maintaining a well-organized storage facility.

Job Description
We are seeking an organized and efficient Store and Inventory Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inventory processes, ensuring accurate stock levels, and maintaining a well-organized storage facility.
- Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records using specialized software and Microsoft Excel
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and prevent stockouts
- Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and reduce costs
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize losses and ensure accuracy
- Prepare and submit regular inventory reports to management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for efficient inventory management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
- Experience with various inventory control methods and best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
