Security Risk and Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities Includes:
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise guard deployments (e.g. static posts, patrols, airport escorts).
• Conduct risk assessments and define security protocols for new and existing sites.
• Liaise with clients to understand needs, resolve issues, and maintain service standards.
• Monitor field activities, ensure discipline, and enforce SOP compliance.
• Manage incident escalation and reporting, and coordinate response actions.
• Maintain operational records, rosters, and logs; generate leadership reports.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of field personnel.
• Work closely with HR, Fleet, and Training teams to drive efficiency.
Requirements
• 5 years’ experience in security operations, with 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Skilled in risk assessments, field deployment, and guard management.
• Strong leadership, client-facing, and crisis management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word and reporting tools.
• Able to respond to field issues after-hours, on weekends, or in emergencies.
• Certification in Security Management, Risk Assessment, HSE, CPP, or PSP.
• Experience in private security, logistics, or facility management.
• Familiarity with Lagos routes and security sector operation
